半夏泻心汤联合外用米诺地尔治疗胃热脾寒型雄激素性秃发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察半夏泻心汤联合外用米诺地尔对胃热脾寒型雄激素性秃发(AGA)的治疗效果。方法选取我科2018年1月—2022年1月收治的AGA患者113例,按随机分为治疗组(56例)与对照组(57例),对照组患者给予米诺地尔外用,治疗组在对照组基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效及中医伴随症状改善情况的差异和不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗,联合治疗组临床疗效更佳,中医伴随症状改善更为明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论半夏泻心汤联合外用米诺地尔治疗胃热脾寒型AGA疗效明确,值得临床借鉴。Objective In order to investigate the effects and safety of Banxia Xiexin Tang combined with topical minoxidil in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods A total of 113 patients with AGA who attended the clinic of our department from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into treatment group(56 cases)and control group(57 cases)randomly.In the control group,the patients received topical minoxidil.In the treatment group,the patients received Banxia Xiexin Tang combined with topical minoxidil daily.The clinical efficacy,the improvement of symptoms accompained and the occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate and the accompanied symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine relief rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher.Conclusion The combined treatment could significantly improve the treatment effects,and it is worthy of clinical application.
