摘 要:孔口流动的影响因素非常复杂,将小孔流量系数视为常数是不合理的,对其进行系统研究对于液体分布器的设计是非常重要也是非常必要的。为了研究小孔流量系数的变化规律,以流体力学实验为手段,对不同结构、不同开孔方式、不同小孔孔径的液体分布器及液体孔板进行水力学实验研究,通过实测数据验证了实际的小孔流量系数是随着孔径和液位变化的,在进行液体分布器液位计算时,应遵循小孔流量系数的变化规律进行设计取值,以达到分布器的精细化设计。The influencing factors of orifice flow are very complicated,so it is unreasonable to regard the orifice flow coefficient as a constant.It is very important and necessary to study the orifice flow coefficient systematically for the design of liquid distributor.In order to study the variation rule of the orifice flow coefficient,hydrodynamic experiments were carried out on the liquid distributor and liquid orifice plate with different structures,different opening ways and different orifice apertures by means of fluid mechanics experiments.The actual orifice flow coefficient was verified through the measured data that it changed with the aperture and liquid level.When calculating the liquid level of the slot-plate liquid distributor,the design value should follow the variation rule of orifice flow coefficient to achieve the fine design of the distributor.
