摘  要:阐述了空气中正丁烷气体标准物质的研制方法。采用GB/T 5274.1—2018《气体分析校准用混合气体的制备第1部分:称量法制备一级混合气体》中规定的方法制备出空气中正丁烷气体标准物质并计算定值,采用氢火焰离子化气相色谱仪(FID)对制备的气体标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行了考察。将所研制的气体标准物质送至中国计量科学研究院进行了分析比对验证,比对结果良好,相对偏差均在1.5%以内,达到预期研制目标,标准气体的特性量值已达到国内同类标准物质的性能指标。The development method of n-butane gas reference material in air was described.The n-butane gas reference materials in air were prepared by the method specified in GB/T 5274.1—2018 Gas Analysis-Preparation of Calibration Gas Mixtures-Part 1:Gravimetric Method for ClassⅠMixtures,and their values were calculated.The uniformity and stability of the prepared gas reference materials were investigated by hydrogen flame ionization gas chromatometry(FID).The developed gas reference materials were sent to the National Institute of Metrology for analysis and verification.The comparison results is good,and the relative deviations are all within 1.5%,which reaches the expected development goal.The characteristic value of the standard gas has reached the performance index of similar reference materials in China.
