摘 要:阐述了氮中乙烯气体标准物质的研制方法。采用GB/T 5274.1—2018《气体分析校准用混合气体的制备第1部分:称量法制备一级混合气体》中规定的方法制备出氮中乙烯气体标准物质并计算定值。采用氢火焰离子化气相色谱仪(FID)对原料气中的杂质进行了测量,并对气体标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行了考察。结果表明,所研制的氮中乙烯气体标准物质浓度为(5.00~299)×10-6(mol/mol),相对扩展不确定度为1.5%;所研制的氮中乙烯气体标准物质浓度为300×10-6~10.0×10-2(mol/mol),相对扩展不确定度为1%,贮存有效期为12个月,达到了预期研制目标。该标准物质已成功申报为国家二级气体标准物质,标物号为GBW(E)063210与GBW(E)063211。The preparation method of ethylene gas reference material in nitrogen was described.The gas reference material of ethylene in nitrogen was prepared using the method specified in GB/T 5274.1—2018 Gas Analysis-Preparation of Calibration Gas Mixtures-Part 1:Gravimetric Method for ClassⅠMixtures,and its value was calculated.Impurities in raw gas were measured by hydrogen flame ionization gas chromatograph(FID),and the uniformity and stability of reference materials were investigated.The results show that the gas reference material concentration of ethylene in nitrogen is(5.00~299)×10-6(mol/mol),and the relative extended uncertainty is 1.5%.The gas reference material concentration of ethylene in nitrogen is 300×10-6~10.0×10-2(mol/mol),the relative expansion uncertainty is 1%,the storage period is 12 months,which achieves the expected development goal.The reference material has been successfully declared as the national secondary gas reference material,and the standard material numbers are GBW(E)063210 and GBW(E)063211.
