摘　　要：收集某医疗卫生机构内放射岗位医务人员职业健康查体结果,与本单位内非放射岗位医务人员健康情况进行对比,分析辐射对人体健康的危害。结果显示,电离辐射对放射工作人员血细胞参数造成一定影响,其影响程度与工种有关,应特别加强放射治疗和介入放射学工作人员的职业防护。The occupational health examination results of radiological medical staff in a hospital were collected and compared with the health status of non-radiological medical staff in the same hospital,so as to analyze the radiation effect on human health.The results showed that ionizing radiation had a certain effect on the blood cell parameters of radiation workers,and the degree of the effect was related to the work type.Occupational protection should be strengthened especially for radiation therapy and interventional radiology workers.
