摘 要:1958年底,二汽在湖南第二次上马后,因“大跃进”运动的调整而再次下马。1964年10月,二汽随着“三线建设”的开展第三次上马。先沿川汉铁路选在湘西一带。1965年11月,因改修川豫铁路(即襄渝铁路),二汽改到鄂西北一带选址。虽然经历了“靠山、分散、隐蔽”的争议,和部分群众的“厂址造反”,但中央领导、相关部委和大部分二汽筹备人员尽力在备战隐蔽与经济合理方面取得平衡。1968年11月,周总理最终定址十堰,为二汽的建设和发展争取了相对有利的环境。At the end of 1958,Second Automobile Works(now DFAC,Dongfeng Automobile Co.,Ltd.)halted its operations in Hunan due to adjustments made during the Great Leap Forward movement.In October 1964,DFAC resumed operations for the third time as part of the Third Front Construction,initially selecting locations in the western regions of Hunan.In November 1965,due to the renovation of the Chuan-Yu Railway(also known as the Xiang-Yu Railway),DFAC relocated to the northwest of Hubei Province.Despite controversies regarding the choice of location,such as proximity to mountains,dispersion,and concealment,the central leadership,relevant ministries,and most DFAC staff made efforts to strike a balance between concealed preparedness and economic rationality.In November 1968,Premier Zhou Enlai ultimately selected Shiyan as the permanent location,providing a relatively favorable environment for the construction and development of DFAC.
