摘 要:为分析硫酸盐侵蚀对低热水泥基材料的长龄期力学性能影响,采用硫酸钠溶液全浸泡试验法,测试不同粉煤灰掺量的低热水泥净浆试件硫酸根离子含量、维氏硬度和抗压强度演化规律,探究其侵蚀时变行为和损伤机理,建立了粉煤灰-低热水泥浆体强度损失预测模型。结果表明,适量的粉煤灰能够提高低热水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,但当掺量过高时浆体抗侵蚀性能开始下降;根据维氏硬度分布可将试件分为损伤区、增强区和完好区,基于此建立的侵蚀水泥石力学性能退化模型具有较高计算精度。In order to reveal the effect of sulfate attack on the long-term mechanical properties of low-heat cement-based materials,the evolutions of sulfate ion content,Vickers hardness and compressive strength of corrode low heat cement pastes with different fly ash content are analyzed based on sodium sulfate full immersion test method,and the time-varying corrosion behavior and damage mechanism of low heat cement-based materials under sulfate attack are investigated.The strength loss prediction model of fly ash-low heat cement is established.The results show that a suitable amount of fly ash could improve the sulfate resistance of low heat cement,while there will be a negative impact once the dosage is too high.According to the distribution of Vickers hardness,the corrode cement pastes could be divided into degraded zone,strengthened zone and sound zone,and the mechanical property degradation model of corrode cement stone based on the hardness partition has higher calculation accuracy.
