摘  要:研究分析了某800 kt/a蒸汽裂解装置在原料重质化高负荷运行时,脱丁烷塔系统降低操作压力的可行性,并找到了当前工况下最佳操作压力,达到了减缓塔釜及其再沸器物料聚合程度、延长再沸器运行周期、优化塔顶塔釜产品质量、降低系统能耗、提高经济效益的目标。This paper analyzes the feasibility of reducing the operating pressure in the debutanizer system of an 800 kt/a steam cracking unit which is operated at a high load with heavy feedstock,finds the best operating pressure under the current working conditions,and achieves the goals of slowing down the material polymerization in tower bottom and reboiler,extending the operation cycle of reboiler,optimizing the quality of overhead and bottom products,reducing the energy consumption of the system and improving the economic benefits.
