济南市2022年5种性传播疾病流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解济南市2022年梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染5种性传播疾病(简称性病)发病情况并分析流行病学特征,为制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法收集2022年1—12月济南市5种性病病例资料共3575例,采用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果2022年济南市共报告5种性病3575例,报告发病率为37.9/10万,较2021年上升5.3%。各病种中梅毒报告发病率(20.6/10万)最高,生殖器疱疹报告发病率(0.7/10万)最低。尖锐湿疣报告发病率增长幅度(37.3%)最大,生殖道沙眼衣原体报告发病率呈明显下降(-16.7%)趋势。全市13区县发病数占前三位的是天桥区(559例)、历城区(557例)、历下区(496例),总占比为45.1%。与2021年相比,男性5种性病报告发病率增长5.4%,女性增长8.0%。以20~39岁年龄段发病率最高,共报告1793例,占报告总数的50.1%。人群分布以家务及待业人数发病率最高,占报告总数的31.8%。结论济南市性病疫情较上年呈上升趋势,对高发地区及高风险人群应加大性病宣传健康教育、行为干预和性病筛查力度,从而控制性病疫情发展。Objective Understand the incidence of 5 sexually transmitted diseases(STD)of syphilis,gonorrhea,condyloma acuminatum,genital herpes,and genital Chlamydia trachomatis infection in Jinan City in 2022 and analyze epidemiological characteristics to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods A total of 3575 cases of 5 STDs were collected from January to December 2022 in Jinan.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis.Results In 2022,Jinan will report 3575 cases of five sexually transmitted diseases,with a reported incidence rate of 37.9/100000,up 5.3%from 2021.Among all diseases,syphilis reported the highest incidence rate(20.6 per 100000),and genital herpes reported the lowest incidence rate(0.7 per 100000).The reported incidence rate of condyloma acuminatum increased by the largest margin(37.3%),while the reported incidence rate of Chlamydia trachomatis in the genital tract decreased significantly(-16.7%).The top three districts and counties in the city with the highest incidence rate are Tianqiao District(559 cases),Licheng District(557 cases),and Lixia District(496 cases),with a total proportion of 45.1%.Compared with 2021,the reported incidence rate of five sexually transmitted diseases in men increased by 5.4%and that in women by 8.0%.The highest incidence rate was in the 20-39 age group.1793 cases were reported,accounting for 50.1%of the total reported cases.The incidence rate of household and unemployed people is the highest among the population distribution,accounting for 31.8%of the total number of reports.Conclusion The STD epidemic in Jinan was on the rise compared with the previous year.In order to control the development of STD epidemic,more efforts should be made to carry out STD publicity,health education,behavioral intervention and STD screening in high incidence areas and high risk population.
