摘　　要：目的了解老年人3种不同养老模式下的生活质量和卫生服务需求情况。方法使用中文版简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)和自行编订的卫生服务需求调查表,采用多阶段分层整群抽样和随机整群抽样的方法,于2020年7—11月对泰安城区622名老年人3种不同养老模式下的生活质量和卫生服务需求进行问卷调查。结果家庭养老、社区养老、机构养老3种养老模式下,老年人生活质量和卫生服务需求,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);老年人3种不同养老模式下的生活质量与卫生服务需求(机构养老组除外疾病预防、健康促进、需求总均分)呈负相关。结论老年人不同养老模式下的生活质量和卫生服务需求有所不同,可根据养老方式的不同有针对性地满足老年人的卫生服务需求,以达到改善生活质量的目的。Objective To understand the quality of life and health service needs of the elderly under three different pension models.Methods The Chinese version of MOS Item Short From Health Surey(SF-36)and the self-compiled health service demand questionnaire were used.Adopting multi-stage stratified cluster sampling and random cluster sampling methods,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the quality of life and health service needs of 622 elderly people in Tai'an City under three different pension modes from July to November 2020.Results Among the three modes of family endowment,community endowment and institutional endowment,there was statistically significant difference of life quality and health service demand of the elderly(P<0.001);the quality of life of the elderly under three different elderly care modes is negatively correlated with their demand for health services(excluding disease prevention,health promotion,and overall average score of demand in the institutional elderly care group).Conclusion The quality of life and health service needs of the elderly are different under different pension modes,and the health service needs of the elderly can be met according to the different pension modes,so as to improve the quality of life.
