摘　　要：目的探究质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2022年8月威海市中心医院手术室的30名护士作为研究对象,将2020年7月—2021年7月在手术室行常规管理的15名护士作为对照组,将2021年8月—2022年8月在手术室行质量控制小组管理的15名护士作为观察组,对比分析两组护理质量管理评分、不良事件发生率以及护理管理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理中建立质量控制小组管理模式可显著提升护士的工作质量及护理管理满意度,减少不良事件发生率,值得临床积极探究与借鉴。Objective To explore the application value of quality control group management mode in nursing management of operating room.Methods Selected 30 nurses from the operating room of Weihai Central Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022.The control group consisted of 15 nurses who underwent routine management in the operating room from July 2020 to July 2021,and the observation group consisted of 15 nurses who underwent quality control group management in the operating room from August 2021 to August 2022.The nursing quality management scores,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction with nursing management were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The nursing quality management score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing a quality control group management model in operating room nursing management can significantly improve the work quality and satisfaction of nurses,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and is worthy of active exploration and reference in clinical practice.
