摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理管理模式在规范化胸痛中心护理队伍建设中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月枣庄中心医院胸痛中心护士36名为研究对象,管理前(2021年7—12月)采用常规急救护理管理模式设为对照组;管理后(2022年1—6月)采用集束化护理管理模式设为观察组,两组均为同一批护理人员。比较两组护理人员的临床急救综合能力及医师对护理人员工作满意度。结果观察组护士急救综合能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医师对观察组护士的总满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理管理在规范化胸痛中心中实施,能明显提高护理人员的急救和沟通能力,临床医师对其工作满意度更高,有助于促进护理队伍的发展。Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing management mode in the construction of nursing team of standardized chest pain center.Methods 36 nurses from the Chest Pain Center of Zaozhuang Central Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Before management(from July to December 2021),routine emergency nursing management mode was used as the control group;after management(from January to June 2022),a cluster nursing management model was adopted as the observation group,with both groups being the same group of nursing staff.The clinical comprehensive ability,doctors'satisfaction with nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive emergency ability score of the observation group nurses was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physicians'satisfaction with the work of the observation group nurses were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing management in standardized chest pain centers can significantly improve the first aid and communication abilities of nursing staff.Clinicians have higher job satisfaction with their work,which helps to promote the development of the nursing team.
