分析优质护理管理模式在血液透析科护理人员管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在血液透析科护理人员管理中采取优质护理管理的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月赤峰市医院血液净化中心护理人员30名及其护理的患者100例作为研究对象,采取常规护理管理的50例患者及相应的护理人员纳入对照组,采取优质护理管理的50例患者及相应的护理人员纳入研究组。对比两组护理人员认知水平评分、护理质量评分、护理差错事件发生率。结果研究组护理人员认知水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理差错事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析科护理人员管理中实施优质护理管理模式可提高护理人员风险意识及认知水平,患者不良事件发生率较低,护理质量显著提升。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing management in the management of nursing staff in hemodialysis department.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,30 nursing staff of the Blood Purification Center of Chifeng City Hospital and 100 patients under their care were selected as research subjects,50 patients and corresponding nursing staff who adopted routine nursing management were included in the control group,and 50 patients and corresponding nursing staff who adopted high-quality nursing management were included in the study group.The cognitive level score,nursing quality score,and nursing error incidence rate of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive level of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing management mode in the management of nursing staff in hemodialysis can improve the risk awareness and cognitive level of nursing staff,and the incidence of adverse events among patients is low,and the quality of nursing is significantly improved.
