摘　　要：恶性传染病引发的突发公共卫生事件促使公众提升了对突发公共卫生事件的重视程度。而医院为有效应对突发公共卫生事件,针对门诊医疗服务体系进行了进一步完善和创新,从而实现对公共卫生事件的有效防控,同时保证了医疗服务工作的正常进行。在本文中,深入研究了突发公共卫生事件中综合性医院门诊医疗服务的问题与对策。具体来说,研究内容包括突发公共卫生事件的概念、突发公共卫生事件中综合性医院门诊医疗服务存在的问题以及提升综合性医院门诊医疗服务的建议。在研究上述内容的前提下,希望能够帮助医院进一步加强门诊医疗服务水平,以实现对各类突发公共卫生事件的有效防控。Public health emergencies caused by malignant infectious diseases have prompted the public to pay more attention to public health emergencies.In order to effectively respond to public health emergencies,the hospital has further improved and innovated the outpatient medical service system,so as to achieve effective prevention and control of public health events and ensure the normal operation of medical services.In this paper,the problems and countermeasures of outpatient medical services in general hospitals in public health emergencies are deeply studied.Specifically,the research content includes the concept of public health emergencies,the problems existing in general hospital outpatient medical services in public health emergencies,and suggestions for improving general hospital outpatient medical services.Under the premise of studying the above content,it is hoped that it can help hospitals further strengthen the level of outpatient medical services,so as to achieve effective prevention and control of various public health emergencies.
