摘　　要：医院一线科室党支部作为党的基层组织,是党的全部工作的重要基础,在科室建设中发挥政治核心和政治引领作用。本文以南方医科大学南方医院健康管理科为例,研究探讨高校附属医院基层科室党建工作的创新与实践,从“标准型”“服务型”“学习型”和“创新型”支部建设入手,积极开展并探索创新多种多样、切实有效的党建工作活动,持续提升科室管理水平,有效推动学科进步发展。As the grassroots organization of the party,the party branch of the first-line department of the hospital is an important foundation for all the work of the party,and plays a political core and political leading role in the construction of the department.This article takes the Health Management Department of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University as an example to study and discuss the innovation and practice of party building work in grassroots departments of affiliated hospitals of universities.Starting from the construction of"standard""service""learning"and"innovative"branches,actively carry out and explore various and effective party building work activities,continue to improve the management level of departments and effectively promote the progress and development of disciplines.
