摘  要:用十二烷基三甲基氯化铵对纳米蒙脱土进行有机改性得到改性蒙脱土(OMMT)。用自由基聚合法合成丙烯酸十八酯-乙酸乙烯酯-顺丁烯二酸酐三元聚合物,然后将其与OMMT通过熔融共混法制得纳米复合防蜡剂,利用FTIR,GPC,XRD,TG,SEM,DSC,POM等方法分析了试样的结构,并考察了防蜡剂对模型油的防蜡降黏效果。实验结果表明,在添加量为300 mg/kg时,纳米复合防蜡剂W-7可使蜡含量10%(w)的模型油的防蜡率、降黏率分别达94.9%和98.2%。在添加量为500 mg/kg时,纳米复合防蜡剂W-2可使蜡含量20%(w)的模型油的防蜡率、降黏率分别达94.6%和99.2%。加入纳米复合防蜡剂后,模型油的析蜡点降低,有效防止了石蜡晶体聚集。Modified montmorillonite(OMMT)was obtained by organic modification of nano-montmorillonite with dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.The octadecyl acrylate-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride ternary polymer was synthesized by free radical polymerization,and then it is mixed with OMMT by melt blending to obtain a nanocomposite paraffin inhibitor.The structures of the samples were analyzed by FTIR,GPC,XRD,TG,SEM,DSC,POM,and the paraffin prevention and viscosity reduction effects of the paraffin inhibitor on the model oil were investigated.The paraffin prevention rate and viscosity reduction rate of the model oil with 10%(w)of wax content is 94.9%and 98.2%with 300 mg/kg of nano-composite paraffin inhibitor W-7 addition,and those of the model oil with 20%(w)of wax content is 94.6%and 99.2%with 500 mg/kg of nano-composite paraffin inhibitor W-2 addition,respectively.After adding the nano-composite wax inhibitor,the wax precipitation point of the model oil decreases,effectively preventing the paraffin crystals from gathering.
