摘 要:在国外某淤浆聚丙烯(PP)装置上对BHI催化剂进行了工业试用,利用GPC、熔融指数、粒度分布等测试方法考察了催化剂及所得PP的性能,并与参比催化剂进行了对比。试用结果表明,相比参比催化剂,BHI催化剂具有更高的聚合活性,更优异的氢调敏感性和立构定向能力;且在工业试用期间,反应器参数控制稳定,装置运行平稳,所得PP粉料大颗粒含量减少,粒径分布均匀,力学性能优良,相比于参比催化剂生产的PP,刚性和耐热性提高。Industrial trial of BHI catalyst was conducted on the foreign slurry process polypropylene(PP)plant.The performance of BHI catalyst and the obtained PP were investigated by GPC,melt index and particle size distribution,and compared with the reference catalysts.The results show that compared with the reference catalyst,BHI catalyst has higher polymerization activity,superior hydrogen sensitivity and stereoselectivity.During the industrial trial period,operation parameters were controlled well and the plant kept stable.Moreover,PP powder had a reduced content of large particles,uniform particle size distribution,and excellent mechanical properties.Compared with the PP produced by the reference catalyst,PP produced by BHI catalyst exhibited improved rigidity and heat resistance.
