基于《金匮要略》“治未病”思想谈新型冠状病毒感染的预防

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染是指由新型冠状病毒感染所致的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,根据发病特点,其可归于中医学当中“疫病”的范畴,其病因为感受“疫戾”之气。“疫病”是感受疫疠毒邪引起的一类急性外感热病,以起病急骤,传变迅速,病情凶险,具有较强的传染性并能引起广泛流行为主要特征,该病的治疗贵在预防,倘若病成而治,则最为难疗,因此“未病先防”的治疗理念显得尤为重要。“治未病”即治理、管理未病之谓,指采取相应的措施防止疾病的发生、发展、传变和复发,是中医学特有的概念,也是中医理论体系中非常重要的内容。《金匮要略》一书中蕴含着丰富的“治未病”思想,主要包括未病先防、既病防变及瘥后防复三个方面,张机(字仲景)继承《黄帝内经》《难经》“治未病”思想的核心,结合临床实践加以发挥并进一步丰富了“治未病”理论实践体系。文章主要以张机“未病先防”的“治未病”内容为核心思想,结合《金匮要略》原文及新型冠状病毒感染的临床实际,从避邪气、护正气、通元真、慎饮食、守精神、防乱药、勿过劳、忌安逸等八个方面探讨新型冠状病毒感染的预防措施,对于中医药指导新型冠状病毒感染的预防具有一定的参考价值。COVID-19 refers to an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by novel coronavirus infection.According to its characteristics,it can be classified as“epidemic disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is infected by“epidemic”.“Epidemic disease”is a kind of acute exogenous fever caused by the pathogen of epidemic disease.It has the main characteristics of sudden onset,rapid spread,dangerous condition,strong infectivity and wide epidemic.The treatment of this disease lies in prevention.If the disease attacks,it is the most difficult to treat.Therefore,the treatment concept of“prevention before disease”is particularly important.“Preventive treatment of disease”means treatment and management of disease,which means taking corresponding measures to prevent the occurrence,development,transmission and recurrence of diseases.It is a unique concept of TCM and a very important content in the theoretical system of TCM.The book Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》)contains rich thoughts of“preventive treatment of disease”,which mainly includes three aspects:preventing diseases before they occur,preventing changes after they occur,and preventing relapse after they occur.ZHANG Ji inherited the core of the thoughts of“prevention before disease”in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)and Nanjing(《难经》),combined with clinical practice,and further enriched the theoretical and practical system of“prevention before disease”.Based on ZHANG Ji’s“preventive treatment of disease”,combined with the original items in Jingui Yaolue and novel coronavirus’s clinical practice,the paper discusses novel coronavirus’s preventive measures from eight aspects:avoiding pathogenic Qi(气),protecting healthy Qi,keeping primordial Qi,balanced diet,keeping spirit,preventing abuse of drugs,avoiding overworking and avoiding luxulary,which has certain reference value for TCM to guide novel coronavirus’s prevention.
