摘　　要：立足第三方市场合作的典型性发展事实和实践特征,本文探究了第三方市场合作的丰富内涵,包括合作共赢、平等发展、投资意愿、满足供需和契约精神等方面。在内在逻辑上,第三方市场合作的多元化主体间形成了多维度关系,并以微观、中观和宏观合作平台作为运行机制,最终实现各自的利益预期。第三方市场合作中的经济理性体现为,各主体兼顾多方利益、达成理性合作目标,通过利益机制博弈、获得理性合作行为,通过比选贸易投资发展路径、形成理性合作模式。第三方市场合作的内涵规范了其内在逻辑,内在逻辑形成了其经济理性。对其内在逻辑和经济理性的阐释,有利于完善第三方市场合作内容,推动其深入发展。Based on the development and practical characteristics of the thirdparty market cooperation,this paper explores the rich connotation of the thirdparty market cooperation which have a focus on win-win cooperation,equal development,investment willingness,supply and demand as well as the spirit of contract.In terms of internal logic,the diversified entities of the thirdparty market cooperation have formed multi-dimensional relationships,with the micro,medium and macro cooperation platforms as operating mechanisms to ultimately achieve their respective interest expectations.The economic rationality in the thirdparty market cooperation refers to an assumption that each subject takes into account the interests of multiple parties,achieves rational cooperation goals,obtains rational cooperation behaviors through the profit mechanism game,and forms rational cooperation modes by comparing trade and investment development paths.The connotation of the third-party market cooperation standardizes its internal logic,which forms its economic rationality.The explanation of its internal logic and economic rationality is conducive to improving the content of thirdparty market cooperation and promoting its indepth development.
