摘 要:文章阐述了X波段移动雷达灯丝电源的工作原理,对灯丝电源板上可调电位器产生的4路工作电压及其对应的工作模式分别进行了详细介绍,并依据移动雷达灯丝电源系统信号流程,对移动雷达灯丝电源系统故障诊断方法进行研究,从而总结出多项与灯丝电源系统有关的故障诊断流程和定位方法,为进一步排查故障提供直观的信息。同时结合实际工作经验,列举了灯丝电源的故障现象和故障排查维修实例,旨在为X波段移动雷达灯丝电源的现场故障处理提供帮助和参考。This paper elaborates the operating principle of power supply for X-band mobile radar filament and introduces in details the 4-circuit operating voltage produced by the adjustable potentiometer on filament power board and the corresponding operating modes respectively.In addition,the signaling process of mobile radar filament power supply system is based to make a research of the fault diagnosis method for the system,in order to summarize multiple fault diagnosis processes and positioning methods related to the filament power supply system and provide intuitive information for further troubleshooting.Meanwhile,the actual working experience is combined to enumerate the fault phenomena of filament power supply and the examples of troubleshooting and maintenance,with a view to providing support and reference for the site fault handling of X-band mobile radar filament power supply.
