长效高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂合成方法及性能测定

摘  要:采用多种原材料用于合成聚羧酸减水剂GB-1,包括异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-2400)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、异构酯,次磷酸钠为链转移剂,经氧化还原体系引发剂引发,一步合成有较长保坍性能、又有良好适应性的聚羧酸减水剂GB-1。分析了最佳合成工艺,并探讨了其分散性呈现出的变化,判断其能否与混凝土相结合,确定其适应性。根据试验结果,相较于高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂306,GB-1在某些性能上呈现出明显优势,如初始分散性与分散保持性,能保持净浆流动度180min无损失,混凝土各种性能均能达到指定标准。A variety of raw materials are used for the synthesis of polycarboxylate water reducer agent GB-1,including isoprene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG-2400),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),isomeric esters,sodium hypophosphite as a chain transfer agent,triggered by redox system initiator,and synthesize polycarboxylate water reducer agent GB-1 with long slump retention performance and good adaptability in one step.The optimal synthesis process was analyzed,and the changes in its dispersion were discussed,and it was judged whether it could be combined with concrete to determine its adaptability.According to the test results,compared with the high collapse preservation polycarboxylate water reducer agent 306,GB-1 presents obvious advantages in some properties,such as initial dispersion and dispersion retention,can maintain the net slurry flow for 180min without loss,and various properties of concrete can reach the specified standard.
