摘　　要：座浆料是装配式混凝土结构中必需的特种砂浆,但其目前没有国家相关标准,对工程质量控制造成隐患,急需规范其性能。在对多个座浆料企业标准进行分析的基础上,根据座浆料的生产和使用特点,并通过工作性能实验方法对比研究,提出座浆料的性能评价应采用灌浆料的评价方法,并提出了座浆料的分类方法以及流动度、抗压强度和竖向膨胀率的性能指标要求,为座浆料相关标准的编制提供依据。The Joint Mortar is the special mortar necessary in the precast concrete structure,but it does not have the relevant national standards at present.This causes the hidden trouble to the project quality control,urgently needs the specification its performance.Based on the analysis of the standards of several enterprises,according to the production and use characteristics of Joint Mortar and through the comparative study of working performance experimental methods,it is proposed that the evaluation method of grouting material should be used for the performance evaluation of Joint Mortar,and the classification method of Joint Mortar and the performance index requirements of fluidity,compressive strength and vertical expansion rate are put forward,so as to provide a basis for the preparation of relevant standards of Joint Mortar.
