摘 要:为了促进废玻璃的建材资源化利用,本文采用废弃玻璃粉替代水泥进行砂浆的制备,并研究其抗折强度和变形特性,结果表明:废弃玻璃粉的掺入并不改变砂浆的应力应变曲线特征,废弃玻璃粉砂浆的应力应变曲线主要经历四个阶段:预压阶段、线性增长阶段、开裂累积阶段、脆性破坏阶段;随着废弃玻璃粉的掺量增加,砂浆的抗折极限应力增加,极限变形降低,玻璃粉掺量为5%时,砂浆试件的吸能指数达到最大。废弃玻璃微粉的掺入量不高于5%时,可以改善砂浆强度和变形能力,降低砂浆行业的环境负荷,具有良好的社会、经济效益。To promote the favorable use of waste glass in building materials,the mortar was prepared by replacing cement with waste glass powder,and its flexural strength and deformation characteristics were studied.The results showed that the addition of waste glass powder did not change the strain-strain curve characteristics of the mortar,and the typically stress-strain curve of waste glass powder mortar can be divided into four stages,as follows:Preload stage;Linear growth stage;Crack development stage;brittle failure destruction stage.The ultimate flexural stress increases and the ultimate deformation decreases with the percentage of waste glass power increasing.When the proportion of glass powder is 5%,the energy absorption index of the mortar specimen reaches the maximum.The preparation of mortar with less than 5%waste glass powder could improve the strength and deformation ability,depress the environmental load and have good social and economic benefits of mortar industry.
