摘　　要：为解决装配式混凝土整体预制折线带梁阳台外包铝板的施工技术,在设计阶段采用BIM技术实施深化,并依次从折线型和弧形铝板的制作、安装;铝板线条和装配式混凝土结构的连接及防水处理;铝板线条和结构的二次防水处理等方向出发去解决,对传统的施工技术实施改良。本技术在办公楼工程(自编号:恒盛大厦)等数个项目得到了应用。实践表明:应用BIM技术是一种快速解决折线型和弧形铝板制作、安装的一种辅助技术。但是在安装铝板之前,应根据现场的实际情况对BIM模型进行修正后才能具体地用于现场,从而真正地解决问题;通过对局部位置的加强及防水处理能够有效、快速、保证质量地实现弧形、折线、直线位置的外包铝板线条的施工。In order to solve the construction technology of prefabricated concrete integral prefabricated broken line balcony with beam wrapped with aluminum plate,BIM Technology is adopted in the design stage to deepen the implementation,and from the production and installation of broken line and arc aluminum plate in turn;Connection and waterproof treatment of aluminum plate line and prefabricated concrete structure;Aluminum line and structure of the secondary waterproof treatment direction to solve,the traditional construction technology to improve.This technology has been applied in several projects such as office building project(self number:Hengsheng building).Practice shows that BIM Technology is an auxiliary technology to quickly solve the production and installation of folded line and arc aluminum plate,but before the installation of aluminum plate,the BIM model should be modified according to the actual situation of the site before it can be used in the site to solve the problem;Through strengthening the local position and waterproof treatment,it can effectively,quickly and ensure the quality,and realize the construction of arc,broken line and straight line position of the outer aluminum plate line.
