摘  要:针对目前火力发电领域尚未出现完整的、具有实操性的安全评估体系的问题,对风险矩阵法进行改进,使安全完整性等级(SIL)评估更易用于实践,并利用故障树分析(FTA)法对标准中计算系统要求时平均失效概率的公式进行优化。使用上述方法对火电厂典型高压加热器水位保护系统进行安全评估,发现其SIL应为2级,而通过计算系统要求时平均失效概率发现目前高压加热器水位保护系统的配置不满足SIL 2级的要求。对高压加热器水位保护系统配置进行了改进,使其最终达到相应的安全完整性等级。In allusion to the problem that a complete and hands-on safety assessment system has not yet been developed in the field of thermal power generation,the risk matrix method is improved to make the safety integrity level(SIL)assessment easier to apply in practice,and the formulas for calculating the average failure probability on demand in standards are optimized by using the fault tree analysis(FTA)method.The above methods are used to assess the safety of a typical water level protection system for high-pressure heater in thermal power plant,and it is found that its SIL should be 2,but the calculation result of average failure probability on demand shows that the current configuration of water level protection system for high-pressure heater does not meet the SIL 2 requirement.The configuration of water level protection system for high-pressure heater is improved to make it ultimately achieve the corresponding safety integrity level.
