摘 要:目的探讨无花果叶提取物对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致糖尿病小鼠的抗氧化能力及肠道菌群的影响。方法糖尿病小鼠随机分为模型组、无花果叶二氯甲烷萃取组、正丁醇萃取组和水萃取组(n=10),连续干预4周后观察其对小鼠血糖、体重、血脂以及肝脏抗氧化指标的影响。利用16S rRNA基因测序分析小鼠肠道菌群的多样性及菌群结构的变化。结果与模型组相比,无花果二氯甲烷萃取物显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血脂水平(P<0.05),抗氧化能力明显高于其他组。无花果叶不同萃取物能减轻肠道菌群的紊乱,且二氯甲烷萃取物对厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门的比值上调趋势更明显。结论二氯甲烷萃取物不仅能抑制糖尿病小鼠氧化-抗氧化失衡,对肠道菌群也具有一定的调节作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of extracts from Ficus Carica leaves on the antioxidant capacity and intestinal flora in diabetic mice caused by streptozotocin(STZ).METHODS The diabetic mice were randomly divided into model group,Ficus carica leaves dichloromethane extraction group,n-butanol extraction group and water extraction group(n=10),and the effects on blood glucose,body weight,blood lipids and liver antioxidant indexes were observed after 4 weeks of continuous intervention.The diversity of fecal flora and changes in flora structure in mice were analyzed based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing.RESULTS Compared with the model group,Ficus carica dichloromethane extract significantly reduced the blood lipid level in diabetic mice(P<0.05),and the antioxidant capacity was significantly higher than the other groups.The different extracts of Ficus carica leaves could reduce the disorder of intestinal flora,and the up-regulation trend of dichloromethane extract on the ratio of Bacteroides/Firmicutes was more obvious.CONCLUSION The dichloromethane extract of Ficus carica leaves not only inhibits oxidative-antioxidant imbalance in diabetic mice,but also has a moderating effect on intestinal flora.
