药典地黄类中成药及多剂型间质量标准差异浅析

摘　　要：戴冰教授系第四批湖南省老中医药专家学术经验指导老师,湖南中医药大学第一附属医院临床中药学学术带头人,从业二十余载,一直致力于中药质量与临床合理用药的关系应用与研究,形成了自己的临床安全用药学术思想。笔者以2020年版《中国药典》为蓝本,结合戴冰教授多年的地黄类中成药临床应用及科研经验,从工艺、剂型、用法用量及评价方法等多方面展开地黄类中成药质量控制现状分析,综合其类方化裁规律,提出现代临床合理应用的建议,对完善质量控制评价方法及、统一标准用量及规范临床用药具有重要指导意义。Professor Dai Bing is the academic experience instructor of the fourth batch of TCM experts in Hunan Province and the academic leader of clinical Chinese medicine in the first hospital of the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.She has been committed to the application and research of the relationship between the quality of TCM and clinically rational drug use for more than 20 years and has formed her own academic thought of clinically safe drug use.The author is based on the 2020 Edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia,combining professor Dai Bing′s proprietary Chinese medicine clinical application of radix Rehmanniae and research experience,analyzing the quality control situation from technology,dosage forms,usage,and dosage,and evaluation methods and so on.According to the rule of class formula,we have put forward suggestions for the modern clinical reasonable application.It has important guiding significance for improving quality control evaluation methods,unifying standard dosage,and standardizing clinical drug use.
