摘  要:目的探讨镍钛合金材料体内植入对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将20只SPF级BALB/c小鼠随机分为植入组和对照组,每组10只。植入组皮下植入镍钛合金材料,对照组剪开皮肤后直接缝合。术后第14、21天两组各取5只小鼠测量体质量、脏器质量并计算脏器系数。采用流式细胞术检测脾脏和胸腺淋巴细胞亚群,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清IgM和IgG,采用流式微球捕获芯片技术(CBA)检测血清Th1/Th2/Th17细胞因子。结果植入组术后第14天的脾脏CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞水平及血清干扰素(IFN)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-17A水平升高,术后第21天恢复正常;两组其他指标均无明显差异。结论未观察到镍钛合金材料体内植入对小鼠免疫功能产生不可逆影响,但需予关注部分免疫学参数的变化。Objective The effect of nickel-titanium alloy material implantation in vivo on the immune function of mice was investigated.Methods Twenty SPF grade BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the implantation group and the control group,with 10 mice in each group.With the subcutaneous implantation of nickel-titanium alloy material in the implantation group,and incision of skin and direct suture in the control group,on the 14th and 21st days after surgery,5 mice were taken from each group to measure body mass and organ mass,and organ coefficients were calculated.In addition,lymphocyte subsets in the thymus and spleen were detected using flow cytometry,serum IgM and IgG were detected using enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and serum Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokines were detected using Cytometric Beads Array(CBA).Results In the implantation group,spleen CD8^(+)T lymphocyte levels and serum IFN-γand IL-17A levels increased on the 14th day after surgery,and recovered to normal on the 21st day after surgery.There were no significant differences in other indicators between the two groups.Conclusion No irreversible effects of nickel-titanium alloy materials on mice immune function were observed,but changes in some immunological parameters need to be noted.
