摘　　要：目的探讨光子治疗仪创面照射在慢性下肢溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年8月于医院住院治疗的慢性下肢溃疡患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组予以清创、负压引流及换药等常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用光子治疗仪照射创面,比较两组新肉芽长出时间、伤口渗液时间、溃疡愈合时间及治疗总有效率。结果试验组新肉芽长出时间、伤口渗液时间、溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光子治疗仪创面照射在慢性下肢溃疡患者中的应用效果确切,可有效促进肉芽组织生长,减少伤口渗液,促进溃疡愈合。Objective The application effect of photon therapy instrument for wound irradiation in patients with chronic lower limb ulcers was explored.Methods With the selection of 72 patients with chronic lower limb ulcers who were hospitalized from July 2021 to August 2022,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment such as debridement,negative pressure drainage,and dressing change.The experimental group used the photon therapy instrument to irradiate the wound surface on the basis of the control group.The time for new granulation growth,wound exudation time,ulcer healing time,and total treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results The time for new granulation growth,wound exudation time,and ulcer healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,with the statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of the control group with 77.78%,with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of photon therapy instrument for wound irradiation in patients with chronic lower limb ulcers has a definite effect,which can effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue,reduce wound exudation,and promote ulcer healing.
