摘　　要：目的研究活血逐瘀清毒汤剂辅助治疗对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者疗效及血清Scr、Cys-C、NGAL、KIM-1表达的影响。方法随机选择2021年1月—2022年1月潍坊市中医院收治的100例脓毒症急性肾损伤患者为研究对象,随机平均分为两组,每组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用活血逐瘀清毒汤剂辅助治疗,分析两组患者疗效情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(98.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.274,P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组患者的血清Scr、Cys-C、NGAL、KIM-1表达水平明显低于对照组,APACHEⅡ、SOFA评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血逐瘀清毒汤剂辅助治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤患者,临床可取得优良效果,有效改善患者的血清Scr、CysC、NGAL、KIM-1表达和炎性因子水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction on the efficacy and expression of serum Scr,Cys-C,NGAL and KIM-1 in patients with acute kidney injury from sepsis.Methods Randomly selected From January 2021 to January 2022,100 patients with sepsis-induced acute kidney injury admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction.The curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.274,P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the expression of serum Scr,Cys-C,NGAL and KIM-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the APACHEⅡand SOFA scores were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction adjuvant treatment for patients with acute kidney injury from sepsis can achieve excellent clinical results,effectively improving patients'serum Scr,Cys-C,NGAL,KIM-1 expression and the levels of inflammatory factors,improving patients'quality of life.
