摘　　要：目的探讨流程管理在预防老年患者吞咽功能障碍引起误吸中的应用。方法方便选取2021年8月—2022年12月期间福建省立医院收治的老年患者186例,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组93例,参照组行常规护理,研究组行流程管理护理干预。对比两组吞咽功能、并发症、生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果护理后,研究组吞咽功能评分(3.26±0.84)分低于参照组的(4.03±0.97)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.787,P<0.05);研究组患者并发症(呛咳、误吸、窒息、吸入性肺炎)总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者吞咽生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度评分为(94.09±3.14)分,高于参照组的(85.62±5.79)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.401,P<0.001)。结论在预防老年患者吞咽功能障碍引起误吸中实施流程管理护理干预,能取得更为理想的护理效果,可改善患者吞咽功能障碍,减少并发症,积极提升生活质量,进而获得较高的满意度。Objective To explore the application of process management in the prevention of aspiration caused by swallowing dysfunction in elderly patients.Methods 186 elderly patients admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 93 cases in each groups.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received process management nursing intervention.Swallowing function,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the swallowing function score of the study group(3.26±0.84)points was significantly lower than that of the reference group(4.03±0.97)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.787,P<0.05)The total incidence of complications(cough,aspiration,asphyxia,aspiration pneumonia)in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The swallowing Quality of Life(SWAL-QOL)score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was(94.09±3.14)points,which was significantly higher than(85.62±5.79)points of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.401,P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of process management nursing intervention in the prevention of aspiration caused by swallowing dysfunction in elderly patients can achieve more ideal nursing effect,improve swallowing dysfunction,reduce complications,actively improve the quality of life,and then obtain higher satisfaction.
