柴葛解肌汤辅助治疗小儿肺炎高热的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨柴葛解肌汤辅助治疗小儿肺炎高热的疗效。方法随机选取2019年11月—2021年10月日照中医医院收治的肺炎高热患儿90例为研究对象,根据不同诊疗方法分为两组,各45例。对照组患儿采用布洛芬混悬液以及医用退热贴治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上运用柴葛解肌汤辅助治疗。比较两组患儿的热退起效时间、高热症状消失时间、住院时间、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素10炎性反应指标、治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿的热退起效时间、高热症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,不良反应发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075、4.444,P<0.05)。结论在肺炎高热患儿的治疗中,采用柴葛解肌汤辅助治疗可以更快缓解患儿高热等症状,显著提高疗效,具有较高的用药安全性。Objective To explore the curative effect of Chaige Jieji Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of high fever in children with pneumonia.Methods 90 children with pneumonia and high fever admitted to Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2019 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on different diagnosis and treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with Ibuprofen suspension and medical antipyretic patch,and the children in the observation group were treated with Chaige Jieji Decoction on this basis.The onset time of fever,disappearance time of high fever symptoms,hospitalization time,C-reactive protein,pro calcitonin,interleukin-10 inflammatory reaction index,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time,disappearance time of high fever symptoms,and hospitalization time of the observation group children were shorter than those of the control group children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the incidence of adverse reactions(2.22%)was lower than that in the control group(17.78%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with pneumonia and high fever,the adjuvant therapy of Chaige Jieji Decoction can relieve the symptoms of high fever and other symptoms faster,significantly improve the curative effect,and has high drug safety.
