研究对偏头痛患者采用中医针灸治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究对偏头痛患者采用中医针灸治疗的临床效果及配穴规律。方法随机选取2019年10月—2020年10月漳州市第二中医院康复科偏头痛患者50例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,每组25例。参照组采用常规治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用中医针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组疼痛评分为(1.89±0.65)分,低于参照组的(3.09±0.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.940,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组全血黏度、血细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左侧、右侧PCA平均血流速度均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左侧、右侧MCA平均血流速度值均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者实施中医针灸治疗,有效消除临床症状,改善血液流变学指标,以及改善颅内动脉血流速度,促使患者生活质量有效提高。Objective To explore the clinical effects and acupoint allocation rules of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion for patients with migraine.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,50 migraine patients from the Rehabilitation Department of the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhangzhou City were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the study group was(1.89±0.65)points,lower than that of the control group(3.09±0.57)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.940,P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood viscosity,hemocytometer and red blood cell aggregation index in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of left and right PCA in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity values of MCA on the left and right side of the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment for migraine patients can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms,improve hemorheology indicators,and impr
