复方杜仲汤治疗经皮弯角椎体成形术后患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方杜仲汤治疗经皮弯角椎体成形术后患者的效果。方法随机选取2020年5月—2022年5月在漳州市中医院骨伤科实施经皮弯角椎体成形术治疗的骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30),对照组患者术后接受常规西医治疗,研究组患者术后接受常规西医联合复方杜仲汤治疗,对治疗效果进行分析比较。结果对照组、研究组的总有效率分别为73.33%、93.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗2周、1个月、3个月的VAS评分、ODI评分均显著降低,而且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择复方杜仲汤治疗经皮弯角椎体成形术后患者,能对其术后症状进行有效缓解,进一步对患者腰背部疼痛及活动功能进行改善。Objective To analyze the effect of compound Eucommia decoction on patients after percutaneous elbow vertebroplasty.Methods From May 2020 to May 2022,60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who underwent percutaneous angular vertebroplasty in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).Patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine after surgery,and patients in the study group received conventional Western medicine combined with compound Eucommia decoction after surgery.The therapeutic effect was analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the study group were 73.33%and 93.33%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,VAS scores and ODI scores of 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of compound Eucommia decoction for the treatment of patients after percutaneous elbow vertebroplasty can effectively relieve their postoperative symptoms,and further improve the patients'lower back pain and mobility function.
