摘  要:丁二酸是一种天然的有机酸,可以发生众多的化学反应,广泛地应用在农业、食品和医药等领域。丁二酸的生产技术有电化学法、生物发酵法、顺酐催化加氢法,同前两者相比,后者具有技术路线成熟、成本低廉的优势。概述了顺酐催化加氢法制备丁二酸的合成技术,简述了铜、镍和贵金属催化剂在顺酐加氢制备丁二酸酐中的应用,最后对顺丁烯二酸酐催化加氢的技术路线和催化剂的应用进行了展望。Succinic acid is a kind of natural organic acid,which can undergo many chemical reactions and is widely used in agriculture,food and medicine.The production technology of succinic acid includes electrochemical method,biological fermentation method and maleic anhydride catalytic hydrogenation method.Compared with the former two methods,the latter has the advantages of mature technology route and low cost.The synthesis technology of maleic acid by catalytic hydrogenation of maleic anhydride was summarized.The application of copper,nickel and noble metal catalysts in the process of maleic anhydride hydrogenation to maleic anhydride was briefly described.Finally,the technical route of catalytic hydrogenation of maleic anhydride and the application of catalyst were prospected.
