摘　　要：通过CuSO_(4)催化芳硼酸与巯基苯甲酸的C-S偶联反应,报道了一种高效、实用和环境友好的制备芳基硫醚的绿色合成方法。该方法使用DL-脯氨酸为配体,纯水为溶剂,获得中等至优异产率的芳基硫醚产物,避免使用有毒配体和有机溶剂。该反应目标产物经过简单的水中重结晶得到优良的产率和纯度,避免使用有机溶剂,克服了有机合成最大的污染问题。该方法还具有广泛的底物适用性,操作简单等特点,对芳基硫化物绿色生产工艺的开发具有参考价值。A highly efficient,practical,highly selective and environmentally friendly method was developed for the coupling reaction of aryl boronic acids with thiols catalyzed by CuSO_(4).Medium to excellent yields could be obtained,and more importantly,toxic ligands were avoided.Products could be obtained by simple washing,avoiding the use of large amounts of organic solvents.The wide applicability of substrates indicated its practicability,and this method had been proved to be of value as a multi-purpose synthetic option for aryl sulfides.
