摘　　要：通过在六种水性丙烯酸乳液中选择出三种标的乳液按一定比例进行混合作为主要基料,再对标的混合乳液进行单增稠剂体系调漆,初步筛选出对该混合乳液敏感的增稠剂后,再结合高压有气喷涂施工条件确认适合施工的混合增稠体系,配制出干燥时间短、耐码垛性好且适合空气喷涂的水性木器浮雕漆,以顺应市场对降低人力成本、缩短施工时间、提高工作效率的趋势。By selecting three out of six waterborne acrylic resins and mixing them in a certain proportion as the main material,and then mixing the target resins with a single thickener system,the sensitivity of thickening agents to the target resins was preliminarily screened out,and combined with the construction conditions of high-pressure air spraying,the mixed thickening system suitable for construction was confirmed.A waterborne wooden texture coating with short surface drying time,good stacking resistance and suitable for air spraying was prepared to meet the market requirements of reducing labor costs,decreasing construction time and improving work efficiency.
