摘 要:为优化金槐槐米芦丁的提取工艺,采用单因素结合响应面分析的方法,探究超声波辅助技术对金槐槐米芦丁得率的影响。结合单因素实验选用对芦丁得率影响较大的乙醇浓度、超声时间和超声功率3个因素,并对芦丁提取工艺参数进行响应面优化分析。结果表明,最优工艺条件为乙醇浓度64%、超声时间7 min及超声功率620 W。该条件下芦丁得率为29.8%,同预测值30.6%相差不大。由此可知,超声波辅助提取法可作为芦丁提取的一种高效实验方法之一。In order to optimize the extraction process of rutin from Fructus Sophorae,single factor combined with response surface analysis was used to study the effect of ultrasound-assisted technology on the yield of rutin from Fructus Sophorae.The three factors of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power which have great influence on extraction process were combined with single factor experiment,and it was selected to optimize and analyze the process parameters.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 64%,ultrasonic time was 7 min and ultrasonic power was 620 W.Under these conditions,the yield of rutin was 29.8%,which was basically consistent with the predicted value of 30.6%.So the ultrasonic-assisted extraction was one of experimental method for the efficient extraction of rutin.
