摘  要:餐厨垃圾处理过程中会产生大量臭气,成分复杂、阈值低,处理困难。本项目结合臭气产生特点,对臭气进行分类收集,终端采用“碱吸收+酸吸收+生物滤池”组合除臭工艺进行处理,效果显著。结果表明,处理后的臭气浓度低于800,其中生物滤池去除率85.6%,整套除臭系统臭气去除率大于90%,满足《恶臭污染物排放标准(征求意见稿)》中15 m排气筒排放标准。工程收集系统排风效果好,可有效改善车间操作环境;终端处理系统运行费用低、自动化程度高、运维方便。A large amount of odor will be generated during the treatment of food waste,with complex composition,low threshold and difficult treatment.The odor was classified and collected in combination with the characteristics of odor generation,and the combined deodorization process of“alkali absorption+acid absorption+biological filter”was adopted for treatment at the terminal with remarkable results.The results showed that the odor concentration after treatment was lower than 800,and the removal rate of biological filter was 85.6%,and the odor removal rate of the whole deodorization system was more than 90%,which met the emission standard of 15 m exhaust cylinder in the Emission Standard of Odor Pollutants(Draft for Comments).The engineering collection system has good exhaust effect,which can effectively improve the workshop operating environment.The terminal processing system has low operating cost,high degree of automation and convenient operation and maintenance.
