摘  要:以邻甲酚为原料,采用催化剂LH-I及固定床加氢工艺制备邻甲基环己醇。50 mL催化剂评价装置试验结果表明:最佳工艺条件为原料浓度20%~30%(ω)、温度120℃、压力6 MPa、邻甲酚重量空速0.5 h^(-1)、氢酚摩尔比20;在较佳的工艺条件下,催化剂连续运行3500 h,活性选择性未见明显变化。加氢粗产品经提纯后的纯度为99.8%,优于市售优等品。本工艺流程简单,条件温和,生产成本低,为改进我国双氧水溶剂体系工艺及降低双氧水生产成本具有重要意义。O-methylcyclohexanol was prepared by hydrogenation of LH-I and 5 fixed bed catalysts using o-cresol as raw material.The test results of 50 mL catalyst evaluation equipment showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows:raw material concentration was 20%~30%(ω),temperature was 120℃,pressure was 6 MPa,weight space velocity of o-cresol was 0.5 h^(-1) and molar ratio of hydrophenol was 20.Under better process conditions,the catalyst was continuously operated for 3500 h,and the activity selectivity did not change significantly.The purity of the hydrogenated crude product was 99.8%,which was better than the superior products in the market.The process had the advantages of simple flow,mild conditions and low production cost,which was of great significance for improving the process of hydrogen peroxide solvent system and reducing the production cost of hydrogen peroxide in China.
