摘  要:校企协同是一种高等教育人才培养模式,可以促进高校和科研院所或企业共享资源。物理化学是化工、材料类相关专业的基础课,因其地位的重要性而被称为“化学的灵魂”,也是相关专业的一门专业基础课程。本文以人才培养质量的视角出发,从校企协同人才培养的含义及重要性、课程重点和难点的学习方法、教师自身素质、学生科研实践和工程意识等方面阐述对物理化学创新性教学改革和实践的几点看法。University-enterprise collaboration is a talent training mode of higher education,which can promote the sharing of resources between universities and research institutes or industrial enterprises.Physical Chemistry was an important basic course for Chemical Engineering and Material related majors.It was called“the soul of Chemistry”because of its importance.It was a professional basic course for related majors.From the perspective of talent training quality,some views on innovative teaching reform and practice of Physical Chemistry were showed from the aspects of the meaning and importance of university-enterprise collaborative talent training,the learning methods of key and difficult courses,teachers quality,students scientific research practice and engineering consciousness,etc.
