摘　　要：安全射界图是人工影响天气开展地面火箭安全作业的重要图文资料。昆明地区人口密集,空域繁忙,增雨防雹作业次数多,对安全射界图的制作和应用提出了更高要求。分析了火箭发射过程潜在的致危因素,对火箭自毁不完全或伞降残骸的落区进行了分析,对现行标准下绘制人工增雨防雹安全射界图进行了补充,旨在为现场作业人员提供帮助,为安全作业奠定基础。The safety range map is an important graphic and textual data for conducting ground rocket safety operations under artificial weather conditions.The densely populated Kunming area has a busy airspace,and there are many operations to increase rainfall and prevent hail,which puts forward higher requirements for the production and application of safety shooting range maps.Analyzed the potential risk factors during rocket launch,analyzed the falling area of incomplete rocket self destruction or parachute debris,and supplemented the drawing of artificial rain and hail prevention safety shooting boundary map under current standards,aiming to provide assistance for on-site operators and lay a foundation for safe operation.
