DTI评估实验性自身免疫性神经炎兔坐骨神经损伤的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨弥散张量成像(DTI)在兔坐骨神经实验性自身免疫性神经炎(EAN)诊断中的可行性。方法选取大耳白兔20只,实验组10只建立EAN动物模型,对照组10只。分别于0、14、18、20天行DTI扫描,进行纤维束示踪成像;并于各时间点测量并比较FA值和ADC值。结果DTI示踪成像显示EAN实验组坐骨神经较正常组边缘不光整,纤维数量减少。兔坐骨神经各时间点纤维束FA值实验组低于对照组,ADC值实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论应用DTI活体纤维束示踪EAN动物模型坐骨神经损伤的形态变化,定量评价神经损伤是可行的。Objective To study the feasibility of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in assessment of experimental autoimmune neuritis(EAN)in rabbit sciatic nerve.Methods A total of 10 EAN animal model and 10 normal rabbits were included in the study.The study group and the control group were examined by diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)at 0,14,18 and 20 days,respec�tively.The images were obtained by DTI.The examination results of sciatic nerves[fractional anisotropy(FA),apparent diffu�sion coefficient(ADC)]were compared between the two groups.Results The DTI for EAN found that the images of sciatic nerves were slightly unclear,showing blurred boundaries.The nerve was fine and rough.Compared with control group,the num�ber of fibers were decreased.The FA of sciatic nerve in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while,the ADC was significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion DTI has the feasibility to evaluate peripheral neuropathy of EAN.It can trace fiber tractography of rabbit sciatic nerve and changes with FA,ADC with EAN and normal subjects.
