早期康复护理在不同类型气管切开患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期康复护理在不同类型气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年9月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的需要进行气管切开患者120例,所有患者均进行早期康复护理。比较不同类型气管切开患者气管插管拔除平均时间、康复治疗开始平均时间、气管切开平均时间、未拔除气管套管例数及百分率、护理前后意识水平、自理能力评分、认知功能评分。结果:高颈段脊髓损伤患者气管切开套管拔除平均时间、康复治疗开始平均时间、气管切开平均时间均晚于其他患者,未成功拔除气管套管例数及所占比均高于其他患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同类型气管切开患者经过早期康复后的意识水平高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同类型气管切开患者经过早期康复护理后的自理能力评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同类型气管切开患者经过早期康复护理后的认知功能评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理在不同类型气管切开患者中的应用效果较好,有利于患者恢复,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on the patients with different types of tracheotomy.Methods 120 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 who needed tracheotomy were selected.All patients received early rehabilitation nursing.The average time of endotracheal intubation extraction,the average time of rehabilitation treatment,the average time of tracheotomy,The number and proportion of tracheal tube not removed,the consciousness level before and after nursing,self-care ability score and cognitive function score were compared among patients with different types of tracheotomy.Results The average time of endotracheal intubation extraction,rehabilitation treatment and tracheotomy in patients with high cervical spinal cord injury was later than that of other patients,the number and proportion of tracheal tube removal were higher than other patients.Researches showed that early rehabilitation was significant for improving tracheal tube extubation rate;The consciousness level of patients with different types of tracheotomy after early rehabilitation was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability of patients with different types of tracheotomy after early rehabilitation was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of patients with different types of tracheotomy after early rehabilitation was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing for patients with different types of tracheotomy,early rehabilitation intervention effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
