摘　　要：冠心宁片是由经典丹参-川芎对药配伍而成的现代成药制剂,具有行气化瘀、通脉养心的作用,临床用于血瘀证治疗,尤其是心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛。冠心宁片同时对冠心病常见糖尿病、高血脂、心衰等合并疾病也有治疗意义,体现了中医药异病同治原理及一方治多病的综合价值。本文主要对冠心宁片治疗冠心病及常见合并症研究进展进行归类总结,供临床合理用药参考。Guanxinning tablet is a modern patent medicine preparation made from the combination of classical Danshen and ligusticum Chuanxiong.It has the functions of dispersing and removing blood stasis,channeling pulse and nourishing heart.It is clinically used for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome,especially cardiac blood stasis type coronary heart disease angina pectoris.At the same time,Guanxinning tablets also have therapeutic significance for coronary heart disease and its common complications,such as diabetes,hyperlipidemia,heart failure and other concomitant diseases,which reflects the principle of treating different diseases and the comprehensive value of treating multiple diseases.This article mainly classified and summarized the research progress of Guanxinning tablet in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its common complications,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
