摘 要:为解决传统吊管法在水网、沙漠及沼泽等地段管道下沟所面临的实际施工难题,以大管径为研究对象,基于面面接触算法,实现管土耦合作用,构建单向及背向沉管法下沟管道模型,综合考虑管道与压袋自身重力及沟内积水带来的浮力作用,并以节点载荷形式间接实现流固耦合影响,对一般工况、含支墩及沟内积水工况进行分析,获取不同工况下管道力学规律。研究结果表明:针对不同沉管法施工,管道下沟过程可分为沉管下沟前期、稳定期、后期3个阶段;当管道刚接触沟底时,其位移、应力达到极值,相比于一般工况,含支墩工况下管道应力极值点位于临近管沟开挖边界的支墩处;为提高沉管法施工适用性,可在管土接触处铺垫胶皮、减小管沟深度及采用分层开挖管沟等措施,降低管道应力极值;当沟内积水深度大于临界深度时,优先建议采用抽排水措施,当不可避免采用平衡压袋时,建议以沉管下沟稳定期时管道悬空长度作为评判基准,控制压袋与管沟开挖边界间距,以保证管道施工安全。研究结果可为大管径管道设计及施工阶段提供理论指导与技术支撑。In order to solve the practical construction problems faced by the traditional sling pipeline method in the ditching of pipeline in water network,desert and swamp areas,taking the large-diameter pipeline as the research object,the pipeline-soil coupling effect was realized on the basis of surface-to-surface contact algorithm,and the unidirectional and antitropic immersed ditching pipeline models were constructed.Comprehensively considering the gravity of pipeline and pressure bag and the buoyancy effect caused by the water accumulated in ditch,the fluid-solid coupling effect was indirectly realized with the node load form.The general working conditions,working condition with buttress and water accumulation conditions in the ditch were analyzed to obtain the mechanical law of pipeline under different working conditions.The results showed that aiming at the construction of different immersed pipeline methods,the ditching process of pipeline can be divided into three stages:early stage,stable stage and late stage of immersed ditching.When the pipeline just contacts the bottom of ditch,its displacement and stress reach the extreme values.Compared with the general working conditions,the extreme value point of pipeline stress under the condition with buttress is located at the buttress near the excavation boundary of pipeline trench.In order to improve the applicability of the immersed pipeline method,the measures such as laying rubber at the contact point of pipeline-soil,reducing the depth of pipeline trench and adopting layered excavation of pipeline trench can be taken to reduce the extreme value of pipeline stress.When the depth of water accumulated in the ditch is greater than the critical depth,it is preferentially recommended to use the pumping drainage measure.When the balanced pressure bag is inevitably used,it is recommended to use the suspended length of pipeline during the stable period of immersed ditching as the judgment criterion to control the distance between the pressure bag and the trench excavation
