摘　　要：当前,图书馆数字资源建设面临新的环境,在追求高质量发展的同时,还需要应对各种风险。文章基于数字资源的生命周期,分析了发现、试用、选择、采购、使用、续订/停订六个阶段潜在的决策风险、市场风险、政策风险、版权风险、数据安全风险、非法使用风险等各类风险,利用风险矩阵对各风险进行了评估,并提出了风险应对策略及针对各阶段风险的应对措施。At present,libraries are facing a new environment in the area of digital resources construction.While pursuing high-quality development,it also needs to deal with various risks.Based on the life cycle of digital resources,the paper analyzes the potential risks in the six life cycle stages of discovery,trial,selection,procurement,access,and renewal/suspension,including decision-making risk,market risk,policy risk,copyright risk,data security risk,illegal use risk and other risks.Then,the paper uses risk matrix to evaluate each risk,and puts forward risk response strategies and countermeasures for risks in each stage of life cycle of digital resources construction.
