摘　　要：本文针对公共图书馆质量管理活动中存在的普遍性、共通性问题,以杭州图书馆质量管理活动实践经验为个案,对ISO9000质量管理体系进行简化、提炼,对其基础核心环节PDCA循环的具体应用进行了解读,提出PDCA循环是广泛适用于国内公共图书馆管理工作科学化的有益工具。Aiming at the universal and common problems existing in the quality management activities of public libraries,and based on the practical experience of quality management activities of Hangzhou Library,the paper simplifies and refines the ISO9000 quality management system,interprets the specific application of its basic core link PDCA cycle,and puts forward that PDCA cycle is a useful tool widely applicable to the scientific management of domestic public libraries.
