高校医疗机构应对突发公共卫生事件的启示

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎(简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情对高校公共卫生工作提出了新的挑战。本文分析了高校新冠肺炎疫情的防控特点,并总结某高校发生新冠肺炎疫情后高校医疗机构的防控实践经验,得到以下启示:重视高校医疗机构专业队伍建设;健康教育内容要新颖,形式要多样;提早启动心理干预;加强与所在地的卫生行政部门、疾病预防控制机构、上级医疗机构(定点医院发热门诊)的沟通合作等,以冀对今后类似突发公共卫生事件的防控工作提供参考。COVID-19 poses new challenges to public health in colleges and universities.This paper first analyzes the prevention and control of medical institutions in colleges and universities to cope with COVID-19 and obtains the following experience in combination with the prevention and control practice of a medical institution in a university after the COVID-19 cases occurred,including paying attention to the construction of professional personnel in medical institutions in colleges and universities;novel health education content and diverse form;early initiation of psychological intervention;communication and cooperation with the local health administrative authorities,disease prevention and control institutions,and supervising medical institutions(fever clinic of designated hospitals),so as to provide support for the prevention and control of similar public health emergencies in the future.
