摘 要:丰山铜矿目前采用的点柱式上向分层充填法存在点柱损失矿量大、劳动强度大、安全条件差、生产效率低等缺点,已不再适应生产及经营需求。为降低矿石贫损,提高生产效率,结合2022年无轨设备及膏体充填更新改造计划,通过优化采准工程布置和回采工艺,决定将采矿方法变更为上向进路充填采矿法,将其改造为安全高效的机械化盘区开采。北缘-380 m中段东部试验盘区原生产能力为200 t/d,通过优化设计生产能力达到950 t/d,回采效率显著提升,经济效益显著。The current point-pillar upward stratified filling method of Fengshan Copper Mine suffers from the disadvantages of large ore loss from point-pillar,high labor intensity,poor safety conditions and low production efficiency,which is no longer suitable for production and operation needs.In order to reduce the ore depletion loss and improve the production efficiency,combined with the 2022 update and renovation plan for trackless equipment and cemented paste backfill technology,it was decided to change the upward drift stoping with backfill method by optimizing the quasi-engineering arrangement and recovery process,and transform it into a safe and efficient mechanized pan area.The original production capacity of the eastern test pan area in the middle section of the north edge-380 m was 200 t/d,and the production capacity reached 950 t/d through optimized design,with significant improvement in recovery efficiency and economic benefits.
